I tried to open them in new window, but that resulted in 404 (pic related).
I already tried deleting cookies and turning off and on my browser.

A few weeks ago, there was an issue where the automatic off-site backup system had stopped working without me knowing, and the server's hard drives started to fail during this time. When I realized what was happening, I managed to backup a lot of stuff before the server completely failed, but some images were missed. Embarrassing, I know. The good news is that the new daily off-site backup system emails me its status daily, so I'll notice if something is ever up with it much quicker.

Notion 1: the subject titles of hidden threads still appear. (Except for those #mature threads that auto-hide for content, which are entirely invisible.)

This makes it easier for the user to un-hide threads (s)he previously hid.

Notion 2: Checkbox during thread-creation to automatically hide a thread, so that people who don't maximize will only see the subject header.

This helps spoiler-laden threads, such as a Game of Thrones or Legend of Korra discussion thread. Instead of having to spoiler-protect every post, the entire thread is protected!

No, I didn't. I checked the relevant posts on /anon/ where someone was imagebombing the board and clicked "report" once. None of the posts would've been problematic individually, so I figured I'd have to show where it was being flooded.

Yeah, it was just a 1-second ban, big deal. But if your report system sent a notice for every checked post instead of each report click, ain't my fault and I had no way of knowing. Fix your shit instead of blaming users.

1-second bans mean very little. It's the only way for moderators to privately communicate to an anonymous user for one thing. I need to get around to letting the wording be re-phrased.

Sometimes people report tons of the most benign stuff ever, and that gets tiring. Maybe you got mixed with up other people doing that. I'll yell at the mods to pay better attention and give them better tools for dealing with that.

Eh, it's cool, I'm just being bitchy. It wasn't the ban so much as being blamed and chastised for something I didn't do, especially when I thought I was doing a favor by IDing the posts all in (what should've been) one report instead of making the mods go hunting for them or reporting them individually.

But now that we know it sends a separate report for each checked flag, maybe that function can be tweaked to be less annoying for the mods.

If you shift-click an image in the QR, it removes just the image and not the post. (It also says this in the tooltip message.)

Did you accidentally hit the delete reply button or close the QR entirely? I guess I could add an "undelete reply" button in the top bar of the QR sometime.

Hey /site/, boy do i have a huge problem.

"Auto Mode" seems to post immediately after the first image has been posted, activating flood detection and forcing me to post each image induvidually.

Naturally this becomes a problem when my intyention is to drop opius amounts of horse porm.

Perhaps there is a quick fix to this bane of my existance?

I checked the logs. Your browser is ignoring the extra arguments passed to the setTimeout() function. Something like a browser add-on or userscript installed into your browser is replacing the function with its own defective version.

Sometimes, viewing gifs on here makes firefox crash, especially if I mouse around wildly and mouse over the gif twice in quick succession. It only happens here on MLPchan, and not every time.

Usually a browser crash is because of an issue with the browser. (There are a few ways browsers have decided it's okay for a site to crash it, such as if the site's code causes an infinite loop or takes up too much memory, but judging by that people have seen this issue recently with Firefox 26 on 4chan too, I'm thinking it's Firefox's fault.)

Just a question, but is there any way we can sometime have a function for spoilers similar to how the mature content settings are like? I know mature settings have it to where the images can be spoiled or not in a global scale and I wondered if that could be applied specifically to spoiled images in general to where I could turn on or off the spoilers filter.

It's not really that important, but I don't mind spoiled images myself and it'd be nice if I could just look at all the pictures if I wanted without having to hover over it with my mouse.
