Since we're in the middle of a recess, there's no better time for some notes, directly from the notepad of Ema Skye. I also wrote some stuff down in her notes.
Anthology of Adventure: A rather thick, tightly bound book. Believed to be the weapon used in the assault. Slight damaging to the spine. Traces of the victim's blood found on spine. Bears traces of several recent magical auras among other evidence of handling, two recent. One is the defendant's, the other unknown, but the most recent traces belong to the defendant. Found on a table in the Ponyville Library.
Medical Report: Victim struck once in the back of the head, then repeatedly bludgeoned about the head and upper body. The victim suffered a concussion. Signs of heavy bruising to the head and neck, broken nose, and two cracked ribs. The assault is believed to have occurred between 5:00 and 6:00
Godot - The Prosecution.
Absolutely loves coffee. I’m worried for his health.
Phoenix Wright - The Defense. I’m not sure what fashion era he’s in. Disbarred, but allowed to practice law in Equestria due to Celestia's involvement.
Twilight Sparkle - The Defendant. She reminds me of… me. I like her! We can’t let her get fou- I mean, a purple pony. Worried about Mr. Wright.
The Great and Powerful Trixie Lulamoon the Almighty the First - The victim, and who the heck goes around being called that?
Apparently still a prosecutor despite her multiple defeats.
Apollo Justice - The Defense Co-Council. Is apparently fine. I like his hair. His hair reminds me of lockpicks. Lockpicks are fun.
Ema Skye - The Defense Co-Council. Is an old friend of mine, it’s been quite some time. Loves science. Takes notes. Has apparently left the District Court.
Jake Marshall - The Detective Assigned to the Investigation. What a trip down memory lane this guy is for me. Wonder what Ema will think. Takes his time answering questions.
The first witness mentioned has a possibility of not being credible. The Prosecution has done naught but simply say Twilight Sparkle committed the crime because she was there, and an item that was assumed to be used as the assault weapon was found at her place of residence.
The Judge is currently unbiased.
