Everyone starts with 10 points in there core stats. They will have Twenty points to spend in each category. These are the primary categories.

Point Cost per 1 Point of Increase

10-14 = 1 point
15-18 = 2 points
19-24 = 3 points

You may go negative in your core stats to add to others but be warned. It carries penalties.

Speed is the new Initiative. Its something I thought up that would be useful to light armor users. If they reach double the speed of someone in heavy armor then can do two actions.

IE
Plate Armored Earth Pony
Speed = 10

Rogue Pegasus Pony
Speed = 20

The Pegasus would go first and again before the plate guy would.

Various items can be used to increase this. Pegasi have a racial bonus for it. Dexterity increases it

History: One of Poppers and Ruby’s many offspring. She grew up in a kingdom her mother’s built in a huge mountain range in the snowfields, and being the first hatched she would have been the first assume the throne, but she said fuck all that noise and, asked her mom if she could travel the world. Her mom agreed with a stipulation of course. One she was to spread the word of chaos, and take the family weapon to do so. Originally it was a scythe, but it changed to its new master’s whim into a katana, and two she would have to wear an enchanted mask that would hide her identity, and mask her voice to keep her from becoming an assassin’s target. Whilst traveling she would stop and train by cutting wood with the katana unfortunately this created the forest of madness due to the swords powers.

Personality: Having grown up in an isolated village and in a kingdom built in frozen lands near active volcanoes. You could so she lived a life of silent boredom. This caused her to develop a risk takers attitude to seek thrills, and adventures. Due to her upbringing she is not to trusting of anyone except her family.

It's just a suggestion, but I would make Grogar the Lawful Evil God. He demanded absolute obedience from his followers, and was capable of manipulating magic other creatures were casting

I should also mention that Tirek hates ponies, and never was one. Canonically he actually IS a demon, and the father of monsters. His weapon The Rainbow of Darkness was capable of turning any creature into an eldrich abomination that was also a mindless servant. The Rainbow of Darkness itself, when sheathed away in a pouch Tirek wears around his neck, would beat like a heart, and shimmer an eerie purple. Other sources re-imagining G1 to fit into the G4 setting cite the Rainbow of Darkness being known as the Heart of Darkness (Where the World Ends) or The Stormbow (Some webcomic that I can't remember off the top of my head.)

Is there a list on what each skill does? Some of them are obvious, some aren't.

What is the difference between Wisdom and Intelligence? In reality Wisdom is usually described as life experience and street smarts, but in that case that can also be consolidated to Charisma, or Intelligence.

Constitution and Fortitude can also be the same thing, as well as Will and Fortitude.

If these things can be explained, or what the system you're using is revealed (because I haven't seen which system it is.) I'd appreciate it. Because, as I see it, Constitution and Fortitude are the same, and Intelligence and Wisdom are the same

It might be wise to consolidate similar concepts into the same category, the less numbers one has to keep track of, the better.

This also is coming from a guy who hasn't participated in Equestria Adventures the first, so I've no point of reference here, and am only assuming based on what I've seen of other systems.

History: Born to a mid-class family, her father of noble class was shocked to find that his first born was a filly. Despite this, he still gave her the love he would give any of his children. As she grew up, she would always look up to him, sneaking in on his practices with other guards and even imitating his skills in the nearby woods during her spare time. As time went on, she would start putting the practice of making items to help her get through things like practice and chores more easily. She would discover craftsmanship to be her special talent and obtain her cutie mark; a mallet with a blue aura around it.
Her father would soon find out about her passion and would help her reach her goals to be more like him. Although she took her training seriously and proved to be a hard worker, she would tend to go her own ways and try to discover new routes to dealing with goals.
This trait would follow her through the years when she finally grew old enough to join the guard. There, she continued to train hard and learn the basics of arcane magic, but her want to be more like her father pushed her to have some skill with melee weapons as well.

Personality: Bold, she's usually looking for a good challenge. She tries to keep a good appearance in front of others as to avoid being belittled for being a mare. Somewhat of the quiet type around strangers. She can be very flexible in situations and stubborn about others who tell her to do things "by the book".
