>Who's in control of the show?
Money. Apparently the market researchers have figured out EqGirls was profitable enough to continue.>What are the writers trying to achieve? Do they care about us?
Do their jobs to the best of their abilities, I suppose. And I don't know, should they? We aren't the main demographic, never were, especially not for Equestria Girls. We've gotten nods to fan things here and there, and of course there's the whole Derpy thing, so they probably do care on some level. I don't think they should care about us specifically, just about making the show as good as they can…>Supposedly hasbro have actually had a lesser involvement in production and guidance since season 2
Seriously, though, I don't know about the future of the show. What will happen, will happen. I know it will keep going for a while, but other than that… It could go anywhere. It could get super good, it could keep on being mediocre at best, or it could get worse and worse. Only one way to find out, really.>>468582
Twilight's still in the show and isn't an Equestria Girl, though! Clearly you weren't talking about best villain.
