No, that's not true. People shouldn't stay silent. Nothing ever changes if people just stay silent. If you are struggling, you need to speak up. And no matter what is wrong with someone, that doesn't justify hurting someone else. I don't care if you have schizophrenia or cancer or whatever, you don't just abuse someone and make their lives miserable. If that's what happened to you then you have every right to be mad at them, or the people who enabled them.
There is a point where you cannot blame mental illness for your actions, and you have to take responsibility and learn to stop. And if that's not possible, then you probably should live in a mental home most of your life. Helping people with mental illness shouldn't come with the price of endangering society.>>3248573
My life isn't exactly "regular" but it's not bad either. I have a lot of anxiety issues but I'm working on them. I like life and living and I like myself and my family.
