LMFAO. Chill out, bro. Are there better alternatives? Of course.
>when you are stressed, cigarrettes are not some magic special thing that is unlike any other
I've done all those things. They're pretty great, and obviously much better than smoking. None of them are anything like having a cigarette. They practically are magic. That's one reason its so easy to get hooked.
>So does coffee and soda which are far less detrimental to your health and can be consumed in the same amount of (if not less) time.
Coffee turns lots of people into a jittery mess. Soda has calories. Also, lots of people drink coffee AND smoke.
>So you're telling me you don't have time to eat a granola bar or a bag of chips, but you have time to stand outside and smoke? Bullshit.
When I smoked I didn't carry all my meals with me. Most people don't. Even as expensive as cigarettes are, a cigarette is cheaper than the shit in the vending machine. I actually do carry meals with me now, but for another reason.
>but there is no excuse for cigarrettes
If there was no upside to cigarettes, people wouldn't smoke them. Just because its more subtle than weed or coke or acid, doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable, and doesn't mean people don't use that as a crutch.
Smoking is fucking terrible for you. I smoked for fourteen years. I should have never started, but if you're just being an edgy holier than thou piece of shit if you think people don't get anything out of it.
>too lazy to quit.
Wow. You actually are a piece of shit. You're really fucking clueless, kid. Go say that at a fucking NA meeting.
